We were delighted to host agents for a FAM Trip at Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital, giving them an insightful overview of our facilities and the patient care experience we are committed to delivering.

The session began with an overview of our patient journey and internal care processes, offering agents a better understanding of how we ensure seamless coordination and quality care across departments.
