🚫 Post-Extraction Care Tips 🚫

To ensure proper healing after a tooth extraction, please follow these tips:

𝐀𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐝 𝐑𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠: Do not rinse your mouth on the day of the extraction.
𝐃𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Avoid spicy and hot foods; do not chew on the extraction side.
𝐀𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐝 𝐓𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭: Do not use your tongue to touch the extraction site or repeatedly suck on it.
𝐀𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐝 𝐔𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐬: Do not use straws for drinking after the extraction.
𝐍𝐨 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠: Refrain from smoking or drinking alcohol for a day or two.
𝐀𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲: Do not engage in strenuous exercise or heavy lifting on the day of the extraction.
𝐔𝐬𝐞 𝐆𝐚𝐮𝐳𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠: Bite down on 1-2 pieces of gauze to stop bleeding, changing them every 15 minutes; you can remove them after 40 minutes.
𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Take medications as prescribed by your doctor.

🚫 拔牙后的护理注意事项 🚫

为了确保伤口愈合，请注意以下几点：

避免漱口：拔牙当天不要漱口。
饮食注意：避免辛辣、过热的食物，不用患侧咀嚼。
避免舌舔创口：不要用舌舔拔牙创口或反复吸吮。
避免使用吸管：拔牙后不要用吸管喝饮料。
避免吸烟和饮酒：拔牙后一两天内不要吸烟、喝酒。
避免剧烈运动：拔牙当天避免剧烈运动或重体力劳动。
使用棉卷止血：咬住1～2条棉卷止血，至少15分钟再更换，40分钟后可吐出。
遵医嘱服药：按医生指示服药。
