我们一直在倾听大家的声音，也理解你们的关切。在与新公司 Fitsy 沟通后，我们获得了许可，发布这则信息，以便更好地协助大家。

目前，我们无法处理退款事宜，但对于合理的诉求或需要进一步的解释，我们都会尽力转达或解答。

这次变动确实来得突然，所有人都在努力适应，新公司的团队也在日以继夜地加班调整。希望大家能多一份理解，我们也会尽全力帮忙。

We are the former management team of Flying Yoga Cat Studio.

We have been listening to you and understand your concerns. After communicating with the new company, Fitsy, we have been granted permission to share this information and respond to private messages to better assist you.

At this time, we are unable to process refunds, but we will do our best to convey or address any reasonable requests or questions.

This transition happened quite suddenly, and everyone is working hard to adjust. The new company’s team is also working tirelessly around the clock. We hope for your understanding, and we will do our best to assist where we can.

You may convert your Flying Yoga Cats Point by filling up this form ➡️https://forms.gle/ioriP71i91nbSav57

⚠️𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓 : 𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃
1. You can convert all your Flying Yoga Points to FITsy Passes or any number Passes as you prefer.
2. You can convert and send your FITsy passes to any FITsy account until 30th May 2025.
3. After 1st June 2025, you can only convert to your own account.
4. Expiry date will be the same as your current Flying Yoga Cats expiry date. There will be no extension given.
5. 𝟏𝟎 𝐅𝐥𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐂𝐚𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝟏 𝐅𝐈𝐓𝐬𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬. If you do not have enough Flying Yoga Points, you can top up at RM4 per points
