Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for healthcare excellence and business growth?
Join our fast-growing dental group and play a strategic role in transforming the future of dental healthcare in Malaysia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee daily operations across 20+ dental clinics nationwide.

Lead and develop multi-location teams including doctors, clinic managers, and support staff.

Ensure high-quality patient care and service consistency across all branches.

Drive profitability, cost control, and operational efficiency.

Execute strategic business plans including expansion, branding, and performance targets.

Implement SOPs, compliance standards (MOH, MDA), and clinical governance.

Liaise with department heads (HR, Finance, Marketing, Procurement) for alignment and results.

Report directly to CEO and stakeholders on KPIs and milestones.
REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 5 years' experience in General Management or Operations Leadership.

Background in healthcare, medical, dental, or clinic chains preferred.
