Harga Kebodohan Kadangkala Percuma – Tetapi Kos Kesihatan Tidak

✅ Jangan campur bahan kimia sesuka hati. Sentiasa baca label dan fahami kesannya.
✅ Pastikan pengudaraan mencukupi. Ruang tertutup meningkatkan risiko terhidu gas berbahaya.
✅ Jika terhidu gas beracun, segera dapatkan bantuan perubatan. Jangan tunggu sehingga simptom menjadi teruk.

Keselamatan bukan sekadar mematuhi SOP, tetapi tentang menjaga nyawa.

Settle cuci aku start kereta terus ke klinik, sampai sana bila aku cakap aku terhidu bahan beracun terus dia heret aku masuk bilik emergency check, tahap oksigen, check paru-paru,check darah tinggi semua lah.

Alhamdulillah masih diperingkat awal keracunan gas/bau chemical kuat.Doktor sarankan aku kalau jadi apa-apa macam kesukaran bernafas terus ke HKL.Doktor sumbat oksigen 20minit then terus bagi aku ubat.

Tapi serius weii korang jangan buat macam aku, serius rasa bodoh sampai ke hari ni tindakan aku semalam.

Aku ingat bila campur lagi cepat lah boleh clearkan lantai semua.rupanya kalau buat gitu lagi cepat pindah alam.ciss.

Next time aku beli ni je settle terus: https://s.shopee.com.my/AKMAjBTs3s 💪🏽

Nuclear Energy & Occupational Health: Managing Risks for a Sustainable Future

According to a Berita Harian report (November 2024), Malaysia is exploring nuclear energy as part of its future energy mix to meet rising demand and reduce reliance on fossil fuels. While nuclear power has often been associated with potential hazards, advancements in risk management, safety protocols, and workforce training have significantly minimized these risks, making nuclear energy one of the safest energy sources when properly managed.

Decades of experience in nuclear safety have led to rigorous regulations, enhanced reactor designs, and structured emergency preparedness plans that protect both workers and surrounding communities. International best practices emphasize continuous training, real-time monitoring, and occupational health programs to ensure radiation exposure remains within safe limits.

For occupational health and safety (OHS) professionals, this means playing a critical role in ensuring that safety protocols are adhered to, training personnel on radiation safety, monitoring exposure levels, and implementing emergency response strategies. Proper planning and adherence to global safety standards can mitigate risks, making nuclear energy a viable, safe, and sustainable option for Malaysia’s energy future.

As Malaysia moves towards sustainable energy solutions, integrating nuclear power with a strong commitment to risk management and worker safety is essential. This aligns with Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy) and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), ensuring energy security without compromising health and safety.

With the right strategies in place, nuclear energy can be a game-changer for Malaysia, providing reliable power while safeguarding workers and communities.

Celebrating Cultural Diversity and Well-Being at Work in the Year of the Snake 🐍

"Happy Chinese New Year! 🧧 As we welcome the Year of the Snake, a symbol of wisdom, transformation, and renewal, let’s take this opportunity to celebrate the rich cultural traditions that make our workplaces vibrant and inclusive.

The snake’s energy reminds us to shed old habits, embrace change, and move forward with intention. This is the perfect time to reflect on how we can create healthier, more supportive work environments for everyone. Here’s how we can honor this festive season while promoting occupational health and inclusivity:

1. Embrace Cultural Traditions
- Encourage team members to share their Chinese New Year traditions, whether it’s through food, decorations, or stories.
- Host a virtual or in-office celebration with activities like calligraphy, lantern-making, or sharing the symbolism of the snake in Chinese culture.

2. Foster a Sense of Belonging
- For colleagues who may be celebrating away from home, create a supportive environment where they feel connected.
- Acknowledge the significance of the holiday by allowing flexible work hours or time off to celebrate with loved ones.

3. Prioritize Well-Being and Renewal
- The snake’s ability to shed its skin symbolizes letting go of the old and embracing the new. Encourage employees to reflect on their well-being and set intentions for personal and professional growth.
- Share tips for managing stress during the festive season, such as mindfulness practices, setting boundaries, or taking time to recharge.

4. Set Intentions for the Year Ahead
- Just as the snake represents transformation, let’s set collective goals for a healthier, more inclusive workplace in 2025.
- Reflect on how we can better support each other’s mental, physical, and emotional well-being throughout the year.

Let’s make this Year of the Snake one of wisdom, renewal, and unity for all! 🎉

Wishing you and your teams a joyful and prosperous new year! 🧨✨
