This system also come together with the literature part before they answer questions relate to the literature.

BRIEFING SESSION TO ENUMERATORS FROM ALL STATES

Topic: How to use the mobile app for survey system to all enumerators in Malaysia under IYRES.
-
Among the features to be fully understand by the enumerators:
1. Login is same as their eBelia system. We integrated this survey system with the eBelia system. (SSO)
2. How to understand their dashboard - where they can see their progress in term of timing (How many days, hours and minutes left) & in term of quota they need to fulfilled. Number of responses collected, by age category, ethnics, localities & gender. This will help the enumerators know which quota they still need to do. No more paper.
3. All the questionnaires logic now is automatic. No need to do it manually.
4. Offline mode: can be done in offline mode. Mean , if they are in the area without network coverage, they still can do the survey and it will be saved locally. Once the network is available, all the offline data will be sync back to the server.
5. Save as draft - they can save the responses as the a draft and continue it again later.
6. Rejected responses : Any responses that is rejected by the supervisor will be sent back to the enumerator for them to clarify the issues with their respondents.
Admin & Supervisor features are available as web app.

Semasa musim pandemik Covid 19 ni, semua urusan dgn pihak kerajaan secara temujanji. Termasuk lah KWSP ini. Utk mengelakan tunggu appointment yg lama, anda boleh mengepos urusan anda ke KWSP.

1. Download borang di "temujanji kwsp" cari kat internet.
2. Complete kan isi borang.
3. Hantar ke alamat seperti dalam gambar. Cc pn norhayati.

Mereka kata proses register dalam 14 hari. Selamat mencuba. New norm.
