e indulged into different sports such as swimming, rugby, football, badminton and basketball. With swimming being his primary sport, he is also an internationally certified Swimming Instructor and Swift Water Rescuer. In addition, he has a strong interest in martial arts and has been practicing Muay Thai and Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu for few years.
“Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional”. He implies that we are humans who have evolved to adapt better in our environment but sustaining injuries may happen from time-to-time. To work with dysfunctional movements and pain requires patience, compassion and discipline to get to our optimal level.
