Brexter Choo Physiotherapist - Precise Rehab A certified physiotherapist who specialises in sports and musculoskeletal conditions. Therefore, with adequate knowledge and guidance, we can attain longevity.

Brexter is a passionate and self-motivated physiotherapist inspired to empower people to a pain-free active lifestyle. An unyielding believer that to achieve sustainability, active rehabilitation and manual therapy are what you need to move better and prevent injuries. He also reckons the significance of education in movement health so everyone can better understand about their body. Growing up, he indulged into different sports such as swimming, rugby, football, badminton and basketball. With swimming being his primary sport, he is also an internationally certified Swimming Instructor and Swift Water Rescuer. In addition, he has a strong interest in martial arts and has been practicing Muay Thai and Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu for few years.

“Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional”. He implies that we are humans who have evolved to adapt better in our environment but sustaining injuries may happen from time-to-time. To work with dysfunctional movements and pain requires patience, compassion and discipline to get to our optimal level.

Been a year of growth with team PR, especially with PR2 (Bangsar). They’ve shine ✨, slayed 🔪 and grown so much (mostly horizontally) 🤭!

From stepping out of our comfort zones, going through tough cases together, the bond never gets thinner.

Proud of the work that you guys have put in to come this far. Nonetheless, the grind doesn’t stop here.
