I'd love to take a moment to share,
What can you expect from Temple of Feelings session (it says "Temple" but please note it's non-religious).
A day to give yourself the permission to feel.
Most of us were never really taught how to feel. We’ve been told to calm down, stop crying, or move on, (the one that I personally get triggered is when I hear "stay strong"🫠😏) but emotions don’t work that way.
In this 3-hour session, you’ll:
🌈 Relearn what emotions really are, they’re not “good” or “bad”; they’re messengers.
🌈 Gain a better understanding of your emotional world, why do certain feelings keep coming up for you?
🌈 Find where emotions live in your body. Do you carry sadness in your chest? Anxiety in your stomach? Let’s explore.
🌈 Gently release stuck energy through mindful practises (no, you don’t have to be a yogi!)
🌈Practice EFT tapping to shift emotional blocks and meet your feelings with kindness.
🌈Leave feeling lighter, more connected, and more EMPOWERED with tools to process emotions in daily life.
