‼️Kidney diet “blacklist” ‼️
Experts warn: These foods, don't ever think about it !
Some foods you thought it's “healthy” but it actually speed up kidney damage⚠️

1. High-purine “toxins”
❌Must avoid: organ meats, rich bone broth and hotpot soup, sardines/anchovies, fish roe, seaweed, shiitake mushrooms.
❌Strictly limit: soybeans, spinach, black fungus, sea cucumber, oysters.
💡Why: Purines → uric acid → kidney stones + gout and kidney damage.
2. High sodium / high potassium “silent killers”
❌High sodium list: cured meats and sausages, pickles and preserved vegetables, sauces (soy sauce, bean paste, chili sauce), dried shrimp, MSG, processed meats.
❌High potassium list: seaweed and kelp, bananas and red dates, nuts and beans, oranges and kiwifruit.
💡Why: Too much sodium raises blood pressure and damages kidney filters, too much potassium can trigger dangerous heart rhythm problems.
3. Heavy-flavor “bomb meals”
❌Absolutely avoid: barbecue, hotpot, spicy mala soup, spicy fried chicken, fried dough sticks and fried breads, cakes and desserts, cheese-heavy dishes, pickled foods.
💡Why: High salt + high fat + many additives = triple attack on the kidneys.
4. High fat & high protein “overload traps”
Strict control:
❌Deep-fried foods: avoid completely.
⚠️Nuts: at most one small handful per week.
⚠️Red meat / eggs / dairy: total per day not more than the size of your palm.
⚠️Soy products: tofu not more than half a block per day.
💡Why: Too much protein overworks the kidney filters, high fat hardens blood vessels.
