学员疑：“木木三为何意？”《道德经》第四十二章首句：“道生一，一生二，二生三，三生万物”，三隐藏一切生机，而瑜伽之意即指与天地万物“联合，结合”，故“木”意指大自然，三木成森，天天“森”呼吸，净化心灵，回归本源。
在木木三练习瑜伽，就像让身心灵回到自己的第二家园，与幸福邂逅的美丽，在此留下生命无时无刻的微笑与富足。
