To ensure a smooth transition, please take note of the following guidelines regarding existing packages:
โข For Kuchai Lama Customers:
All existing SS Family Wellness Kuchai Lama top-up and hourly packages will be fully honored and can be utilized at Sebai Thai (Kuchai Lama).
โข For Penang-Based Customers:
Please note that packages purchased under the SS Wellness Group in Penang (including SS Foot Massage and SS Family Wellness Penang branches) cannot be utilized at Sebai Thai in Kuala Lumpur. These packages remain valid only at their respective Penang locations.
