- 袋鼠爸爸男妇产科医生的心路历程 -

许多女性朋友到妇产科问诊都会对看男医生有所忌讳，甚至避而远之。有些时候女性朋友们并不会过度的在意，反而是男伴不能接受男妇产科医生。这种现象经常是因为带了有色眼镜来审视一切，投射自己思维在专业的医生身上。
不过无可否认在任何专业中都会有害群之马的个案，而有些病人心里也难免疙瘩。
“为什么会选择妇产科？”这是袋鼠爸爸最常得面对的问题。犹记得一位前辈说过的话，并不是某医生选择了妇产科，是妇产科选择了某医生。虽然咋听之下像在开玩笑，不过想想在那么多的不利因素之下选择这不讨好的路，还真的有点难解释。
袋鼠爸爸生长在一个女性居多的家庭，身边围绕着七个各年龄层的女性，可能这也促成了如何跟女性沟通的领悟。但更多的因素是妇产科的多元和挑战性，让袋鼠爸爸在深思熟虑后，放弃了其他更热门的专科科目。
妇产科可不只是局限于产检及接生，而是涵盖了许多围绕着女性的健康课题，好比如妇女生殖器官病变或肿瘤，生育困难，生育计划，发育期生理问题，泌尿问题，经期调理等等。所以袋鼠爸爸一天的工作环境可能会从产房，手术室，门诊，到病房不停切换。
当看到爸爸妈妈带着新生儿欢欣的回家，袋鼠爸爸也可以感觉到满满的幸福感。当成功帮助病人解除了心中困扰已久的疑惑，袋鼠爸爸对病人的释怀而感到欣慰。当能即时发现并帮助病人或新生儿逃过了可能发生的灾难时，袋鼠爸爸十分庆幸能为他们尽点绵力。
当然并不是每一个病人都会是幸运的。对末期癌症的病人，袋鼠爸爸能给与的就是陪伴和聆听。当人们越接近死亡时，需要的不是药物或针筒，需要的不是医务人员，而是一个愿意聆听的朋友。
这一切都是袋鼠爸爸在这行医过程中累积的领悟。所以袋鼠爸爸很欣慰当时做了对的选择，成为一位妇产科医生。

最后袋鼠爸爸想说--
在医生眼里，只有病人，没有女人或男人之分。

机器人做手术？医生可以摇脚喝咖啡？
其实机器人手术是一项先进的手术系统和仪器，医生还是必须像一般的微创手术流程，把仪器植入腹腔，一切准备好后，就会到操作平台，用腹腔内的10倍放大镜来操控机械手和手指，做手术。所以机器人手术更精准，更细腻，让手术效果更好，更安全。也同时让手术的复杂程度一定程度的减轻。

Robot is doing the surgery? Does it mean that the doctor can chill out and relax while sipping coffee at the side? Unfortunately / fortunately, the answer is no...
DAVINCI ROBOT SYSTEM is cutting-edge surgical system accomplished with high sophisticated instrument which helps in achieving never better surgical outcome with precision and safety.
However it still requires quite a number of standard procedures as any minimally invasive surgeries.
The surgeon will introduce the instrument into the abdominal cavity and ensure everything is properly placed.
Once everything is ready, the surgeon moves to the console and uses 10x magnifying lens inside the abdominal cavity to manipulate the robotic arms and fingers to perform the surgery.
Therefore, robotic surgery is more precise and delicate, resulting in better outcome and greater safety. It also reduces the complexity of the surgery.

Davinci Robot surgeon.

Robotic-assisted surgery offers superior precision, incomparable agility and upscaling the safety of the procedures. All these criteria are paramount in ensuring a safe and successful and complete surgery, specifically in cases of endometriosis, complex gynaecological condition, like huge or multiple fibroids, adenomyosis, dense adhesion, or even microsurgery that requires delicate handling, for example surgery of fallopian tubes.
