_Notice of Retirement_

Dear Valued Patients,

I hope this notice finds you in good health and spirits. I am writing to inform you of an important decision I have recently made regarding my career. After much contemplation and with mixed emotions, I have decided to retire from my practice as an Obstetrician & Gynaecologist, effective 31st July 2024.

It has been an immense privilege and honor to have served as your obstetrician & gynaecologist over the years. Each one of you has made my journey as a consultant rewarding and fulfilling. The trust and confidence you placed in me have been deeply appreciated and I am grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of your healthcare journey.

As I transition into retirement, I want to assure you that I am committed to ensuring a smooth continuity of care for all my patients. I have made arrangements with my colleague, Dr. Liew Kean Chiew, to continue providing you with the high standard of care that you deserve. He comes highly recommended by me and shares a commitment to excellence in obstetric and gynaeoclogical care.
