What the New Food Pyramid Means toβ Happi Wellness Sanctuary.
The new food pyramid means that health begins with the choice of everyday healthy food beside the necessary medical treatment after detoxification and balanced life style.
As a wellness coach, this model aligns with what I see daily:
many health conditions improve when people eat real living food consistently in balance way.

1. Food quality more important than quantity
Itβs no longer about the calories.
Itβs about choosing whole, nutrient-dense foods over ultra processed ones.
2. Plants come first
Vegetables and fruits should make up half of the plate, because they support:
β’ Healthy blood sugar.
β’ Healthy heart.
β’ Health gut.
β’ Optimum weight.
3. Meat is a main source of essential nutrients and vitamins.
Protein keep us:
β’ Fulfilled and satisfied.
β’ Support muscle, hormones and immunities system.
4. Grains in small amountβ but not the main food.
Whole grains on the plate, but no major.
The key is about balanced.
5. Healthy fats are very important.
Foods like coconut oil, olive oil, sach inch, avocado, nuts, and seeds are important in supporting:
