我是Jackson，我长期在冷气房睡觉和工作。我今年36岁，是很少运动但有吃排毒解毒产品和保健品维持我的健康。
长期在冷气的地方工作和睡觉导致我身体湿气很重。肩膀和颈部常常痛和不舒适，早上起身因在冷气房睡觉身体就会很痛。我不定时都要去刮痧和拔罐。
