彩虹饮食法
彩虹原则,简单来说,就是把蔬果分成几种颜色,而每一种颜色代表不同的植物营养素,保健作用不尽相同。
彩虹原则所倡导的就是确保一日当中摄入多彩的蔬果食材, 给予身体丰富的营养素。

中医也有一种说法叫“五色入五脏”,是指常吃五种颜色的食物可以分别滋养人的五脏:
绿色养肝、红色补心、黄色益脾、白色润肺、黑色补肾。

Rainbow Diet
The "Rainbow Principle" simplifies the idea of dividing fruits and vegetables into various colour groups, with each colour representing different plant-based nutrients and has different health effects.
The rainbow principle advocates is to ensure the intake of colourful fruits and vegetables throughout the day to provide the body with rich nutrients.
In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) there is a similar concept known as "Five Colours Nourish the Five Organs." This idea suggests that regularly eating five colours of foods can nourish the five main organs of the body:
Green nourishes the liver, Red tonifies the heart, Yellow strengthens the spleen, White moisturizes the lungs, and Black tonifies the kidneys.
