We were proud to support for this first aid training session. It was inspiring to see about journalists taking the time to master life-saving skills like CPR and the "Golden 4 Minutes" for cardiac emergencies.

Journalists are always on the front lines, and now they’re even better prepared to handle emergencies and save lives while on the job. Proud to be part of this meaningful initiative! 🙌✨

Spent our Labour Day at Sunshine Central Mall for a great cause! ❤️🩸

We were there supporting the blood donation drive and teaching the public some life-saving basics—CPR and how to use an AED. It was really good to see so many people stop by, ask questions, and get hands-on with the equipment.

Always a good day when we get to share these skills with the community.
