Thank you for inviting our Alma Physio team to conduct a Postural Education & Ergonomics Talk for the teachers.

Teaching is a profession that requires long hours of standing, sitting, and marking papers, which can place stress on the neck, shoulders, and back.
Through this session, we hope to raise awareness about proper posture, ergonomic habits, and simple movements that help prevent neck & back pain and support long-term health.

We truly appreciate the opportunity to share and the active participation from everyone. Together, let’s continue building a healthier and stronger teaching community. 🙏💪
