Inside Flow Master Class & Workshop

Sanctuary Yoga House in collaboration with are proud to announced that teacher will be sharing with us her vast experience in Inside flow with us. We will have an Inside flow master class on the 9/3/2024 . Here , teacher Eekyn will share with us the fundamentals & basic alignment of Inside flow and we will have the chance to learn 1 new song and flow.

Whereas on the 10/3/2024, We will learn how to flow to the beats of music couple with more emphasis on the alignment , breathing and movement during the Inside Flow Workshop.
