🪑正确坐姿🪑
1. 肩膀放松,不要耸肩
2. 视线落于电脑正前方往下5-10角度处
3. 使用滑鼠或者键盘时手肘抬起与手臂成90度
4. 大腿不要悬空过多,不要翘脚或盘腿
5. 身体坐正,脊椎自然弯曲,不要刻意把背完全挺直
6. 坐下时重心在骨盆坐骨上
7. 膝关节弯曲约90度左右
8. 双脚踩地
