A correct way of computer posture
🪑An ergonomic computer workstation aligns your body in a neutral, relaxed posture to minimize strain.
🪑Essential ergonomic position
- Monitor: Top of the screen should be at or just below eye level, placed directly in front of you about 50–80 cm (roughly arm's length) away to avoid neck bending.
- Chair: Use a chair with lumbar support that allows your feet to rest flat on the floor and your knees to be at the same height as your hips.
- Keyboard & mouse: Position these at the same height, close enough that your elbows remain near your sides, not reaching forward.
- Wrist position: Keep wrists straight and forearms parallel to the floor.
- Posture: Relax shoulders (no shrugging) and keep your head aligned over your torso, avoiding a forward-head posture.
