煮粥教程:
1.洗米(如果要加番薯,马铃薯,姜或其他食材请切小丁)。
2.所有食材放进焖烧罐里面,加入滚烫的热水,关盖熱壶3-5分钟。
3.把热壶的水倒掉重新加入滚烫的热水,关盖。
4.等~~2小时后,粥就好啦!
p/s:开壶看起来是一粒粒的稀饭,但其实稍微搅拌就完全绵了~
要注意哦!如果有放肉类的话还是建议连同滚水滚一下再下壶~
