The Benefits of Aerial Fitness

We are specialists in Aerial Fitness, a range of practices and disciplines performed while suspended in the air, typically by a hammock or a hoop. When liberated from the constraints of gravity, we can connect to our bodies in a different way, restoring their inner balance, decompressing the spine and articulations, easing bending and stretching and, in general, freeing our movements so we can explore new ways to align our physicality with our minds and feelings. In Aire Lab we take a holistic approach to fitness, promoting a more comprehensive wellness, and exploring innovative ways to develop active and healthy lifestyles in our contemporary society.

❗️IMPORTANT NOTICE❗️

Aire Lab will be permanent closing its doors after 25/12/23 due to non-stop rising costs to sustain the studio. Our last day of class would be on Sunday, 24/12/23.

To celebrate the end of the year, we are having a year end promotion until our closing, all are welcome to enjoy this price for doing your workouts with us until the end of the year without any package commitments!

1️⃣Enjoy unlimited classes @ RM268 until 24/12
2️⃣Aerial classes @ RM30 per session
3️⃣Yoga classes @ RM22 per session

Do take note to finish your unused credits by 24/12/2023 as there will be no refund given! If you struggle to finish your classes, you’re welcome to bring a friend to clear credits or transfer it to somebody else. There will be no more package purchase (besides unlimited) in December.

2️⃣Ever tried ROCKET YOGA? Come experience it on Thursdays 715pm! We’ve also added a new session of Yoga Wheel at 830pm, both conducted by 💕
3️⃣We are back with more Aromatherapy X Yoga workshops! This time we will be doing head therapy 💆🏻‍♀️ together with yoga. Learn how to release any head tensions you may have!
