Drinking water or warm water? ⚠️⚠️🤔 🙈 💧🔥
⭕💧 The falling water is beautiful and people think it helps to cool body temperature and in an old study, it said so
But recent studies have shown the opposite 🤸🏻
⭕-Your body burns a little bit like this to reach your natural body temperature of 37°C, so this is your inner heat feeling after drinking a very hot water ⚡
⭕-You want to cool your body, take a warm shower in your body, it will fall afterwards, and you feel that you are moisturized like this 😉 and you can take any vit. For example, C is like Mon to reduce your temperature 🍋
