1. Push-Up – 10 reps β†’ Swim 25m Freestyle + 25m Breaststroke

2. Knee Tuck Crunch – 10 reps β†’ Swim 25m Freestyle + 25m Breaststroke

3. Squat – 10 reps β†’ Swim 25m Freestyle + 25m Breaststroke

Repeat 2–3 rounds
Rest 30–60s
* Keep movements controlled & precise
