Talian bantuan Krisis Kesihatan Mental 15555 (Help With Empathy And Love) beroperasi setiap hari termasuk cuti umum, 08:00 pagi sehingga 12:00 tengah malam.

Hari Pencegahan Bunuh Diri Sedunia pada 10 September setiap tahun bertujuan meningkatkan kesedaran dan menyampaikan mesej bahawa bunuh diri boleh dicegah.

❗️Bertemakan ‘Ubah Tanggapan, Bina Harapan’ dan sempena Bulan Malaysia Sihat Sejahtera, individu, masyarakat dan agensi yang berkaitan diseru untuk bersama berganding bahu bagi menangani tingkah laku bunuh diri dan mencegah berlakunya kejadian bunuh diri.

Semoga usaha Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia dalam menjayakan kempen ini dapat mengubah pandangan atau persepsi masyarakat terhadap tingkah laku bunuh diri, mengurangkan stigma, dan semoga masyarakat lebih berempati kepada mereka yang mengalami masalah kesihatan mental dan tingkah laku bunuh diri.

Bunuh diri boleh dicegah.

What is the Emotional Body Pain Chart?

The emotional pain chart is a diagram of the human body with different areas labeled indicating various emotions that might be associated with pain or discomfort in those places.

For example, tightness in the chest area may relate to grief, heartache or anxiety. Pain in the neck and shoulders could suggest you are feeling stress. Headaches might indicate overthinking or frustration.

The idea is that if you are attuned to your body and notice persistent pain in certain places, you can use the chart to help uncover any correlated emotions that might require attention and healing.
