This World AIDS Day, we are here to spread the message of U=U (Undetectable = Untransmittable).

This means that a person living with HIV who is on effective treatment and has an undetectable viral load ( fewer than 200 copies of HIV per millilitre of blood) cannot pass the virus on to their partners. With modern medication, HIV is a manageable chronic condition, much like diabetes or hypertension.

Diabetes is one of the top causes of death in Malaysia!
- 15.6% or 1 in 6 adults in Malaysia have diabetes
- 84% of adults aged 18-29 years old with diabetes *do not know* they have diabetes
- 2 in 5 adults with diabetes *do not know* that they have diabetes
- Among adults who know they have diabetes, 56% of them do not have good blood sugar control
