脊医笔记023

这句话听起来可能有点奇怪，
但是真的。

有些人来找我时，
他们已经尝试过很多地方，
甚至被调整了很多次，
但情况却没有真正改善。

不是因为调整没有用，
而是在没有清楚了解身体状况之前，
任何治疗，都有可能是“碰运气”。

这位病人在见到我之前，
尝试了各种办法都没能帮到他的问题，
直到他照了xray之后，
才发现原来他的脊椎已经断裂，
导致神经压迫出现双腿无力的问题。

脊椎断裂/脱位的表现，
可以只是“普通”酸痛那么简单，
所以很多时候单凭触诊和病人的口述，
我们容易忽略，
如果贸然调整会导致问题变得更严重。
这也是为什么，
我会坚持做完整的检查和分析。

不是复杂，
而是负责。

身体不是试验品，
它值得被认真对待。
