#10个改善失眠的好方法
#愿你每天都好眠
1️⃣一般失眠的时候最容易有“我怎么还睡不着”的焦躁情绪,然后越焦躁越睡不着。最好的办法是不要把它当回事,不要因为“睡不着”给自己压力 不要去反复看时间,能几点睡着就几点睡着,只要每天上床时间比前一天早就行,慢慢会调过来的

2️⃣白天要运动。有一段时间生物钟彻底乱了,全靠运动调过来,白天运动完 晚上洗个澡因为白天体力已经消耗了很多 到点自己就困了

3️⃣减少食物的刺激。睡前不要吸yan不要吃甜的东西,根据我个人情况,每天过了中午我连咖啡和茶都不会喝

4️⃣不要睡前追长剧。经验之谈:如果睡前正在追剧,剩的时长刚好是你入睡时间 那可以继续看着入睡。但如果还剩个2、3集才能看完,建议放到第二天,不然你真的会舍不得放下一直追到凌晨三点

5️⃣睡前喝杯热牛奶。这点不一定适用任何人,但对我来说挺有用的。当然 也许是心理作用:我告诉自己热牛奶能助眠,于是好像真就能早点入睡了

6️⃣酒精不过敏且成年的话,可以喝点酒。酒可真是个好东西,快乐无边

7️⃣睡前敷个蒸汽眼罩。其实我觉得这个方法,一方面是蒸汽眼罩发热敷在眼部舒服缓解疲劳,另一方面 它可以让你没法玩手机

8️⃣听雨声。对我来说是有用的,好比每次雨天我都会睡的更舒服,所以就给自己模拟一个环境。我有个常用的雷雨天歌单,睡前点开外放,然后设置一个定时关闭就好

9️⃣睡前洗热水澡或者泡脚。如果是泡脚的话,买个泡脚桶,不是温水几分钟就完事,是泡一会加热水泡一会加热水,我泡一次差不多加四五次热水

🔟尽量把睡前读物从手机换成书本。手机是越刷越焦虑,而读书不仅能让心变平静,还能收获知识。为什么不选书呢 对吧
