But…

In the beginning, we had a very simple, maybe even a little naive, hope that everyone who came here was ready to sweat, ready to take that first step, and ready to get stronger 💪✨
So at first, we didn’t set any rules.
We thought, “Aiya, just come lah, that’s already good enough!”
But slowly, we realized something: without a little bit of system, it’s hard to build a space where people truly grow together.
Let’s be honest — 𝒉𝒖𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒔 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒍𝒂𝒛𝒚 𝒔𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆𝒔.
And occasionally, we all need a little push…
(Yes, even tricking aunties and uncles into moving a bit counts as “motivation” 😎)
Like our wheelchair rule:
👉 “You only get to come in a wheelchair once. Next time, you walk in.”
Not because we want to make things hard for anyone,
but because we genuinely believe, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐨 𝐢𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐞’𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨 𝐢𝐭.
At the end of the day, these rules aren’t here to restrict you.
They’re here to keep us safe, to remind us to take this seriously,
and to help build a place where we all feel like we belong.
Because every training session isn’t just about moving your body —
it’s about moving your belief, your will.
PhysioGym isn’t some cold, sterile gym.
We’re a bunch of slightly passionate, slightly stubborn people,
who just really want to see you get stronger.🔥
