Congratulations to our new couple who have conceived their first baby through IVF in our center. Do not give up even you have previous IVF failure before. Here is a story from Madam M.
35 years old married for 7 years, had bilateral endometriosis and underwent Laparoscopy Cystectomy at 2019. First IVF was done end of 2021, noted endometrial polyps before starting IVF, hysteroscopy and polypectomy was done subsequently started IVF and gained Day3 embryo. Day3 embryo was transferred but unfortunately not pregnant.
Both couple visited our clinic on July 2022, noted endometrial polyps, hydrosalphinx and adenomyosis. She also had Covid on February 2022. Hysteroscopy resection of endometrial polyps using bipolar resectoscope, salpingectomy, adenomyomectomy was done. Post operation period pain reduced by 50%, her period each time presented with fresh blood, no longer blood clot as previously. Started IVF with us using Luteal Phase stimulation protocol, gained Day 3 embryos x2. Was given oral progestin for 2 months. Frozen embryo transfer was done on Jan 2023. Two weeks later with BHCG 753. Now she is 8 weeks pregnant with fetal heart seen.
Congratulations once again to this couple😊
