博爱辅导槟城分会提供辅导服务，运用游戏治疗、沙箱治疗等各种工具辅助辅导。此外，也举办个人成长工作坊，以及跟妇女、家庭及社会发展部合作，或是以该部门的课纲举办婚前、新婚及婚后辅导课程。

该中心属于非盈利组织，辅导费比市场低，而无法负担辅导费用者也可申请减免费用，该中心将视乎个案情况决定给予全不同程度的减免。
她鼓励有需要的人士寻求专业辅导的帮助，有关费用已被政府列为个人所得税的健康检查减免项目当中。

马来西亚博爱辅导中心槟城分会主席陈宁毅说，“为爱而跑”获得热烈响应，成功为该中心筹得5万零517令吉，超越筹款目标。

他说，该中心提供辅导服务，运用游戏治疗、沙箱治疗等各种工具辅助辅导。此外，也举办个人成长工作坊，以及跟妇女、家庭及社会发展部合作，或是以该部门的课纲举办婚前、新婚及婚后辅导课程。

The Chairman of the Agape Counselling Penang Branch, stated that the “Run for Love” event received an enthusiastic response, successfully raising RM50,517 for the centre, surpassing the fundraising target.

He explained that the centre provides counselling services using various tools such as play therapy and sand therapy. Additionally, it organizes personal development workshops and collaborates with LPPKN to conduct pre-marital, newlywed, and post-marital education courses, either in partnership or adopting on the LPPKN’s curriculum.
