1️⃣ Meet the applicant
2️⃣ Interviews are being conducted
3️⃣ Explain the Charity Application Process
4️⃣ Complete and submit the form within 2 weeks
5️⃣ Assess applicant’s background through home visit / ward visit
6️⃣ Verify and compile applicant’s profile
7️⃣ Present charity cases to committee members

🎓✨ Empowering Dreams Through Education – 15 Years and Counting ✨🎓

This year, we celebrate a meaningful milestone — 15 years of partnership with the Kuok Foundation, a journey built on trust, shared values, and the belief that everyone deserves a chance to make a difference.

Since 2011, the Kuok Foundation has sponsored 140 nursing students, disbursing RM 9.2 million to lighten their financial burdens and open doors to careers in healthcare. Many of these scholars are now nurses, mentors, and caregivers at Penang Adventist Hospital and beyond — each one a living story of hope, healing, and transformation.

🌱 Behind every scholarship is a dream fulfilled, a family’s hope restored, and a community strengthened.

We are proud to share the heartfelt voices of our students — stories that prove how meaningful support can truly change lives.

Meet Cynthia, our little fighter. 💛
At just 2 months old, Cynthia struggled to breathe due to acute bronchiolitis. With her condition worsening and no hospital beds available, her parents rushed her to Penang Adventist Hospital.

Thanks to the PAH Charity Fund, 95% of her medical bill—RM11,000—was covered, allowing her to receive timely care without delay.

“A Journey of Strength and Support”

Meet Madam Goh Yoke Leng, our cancer fund beneficiary who once lived in silence, fearing the unknown. It wasn’t until her family stepped in that she found the strength to face the truth.

Diagnosed with Stage 2 endometrial cancer, she underwent surgery and radiotherapy—but financial strain nearly stopped her treatment. Through the Penang Adventist Hospital Charity Fund, she received RM20,000 in aid, covering 60% of her total treatment cost, which helped her complete her healing journey.

Today, she’s embracing each moment with her loved ones.
