Open NOW on No.5, Jalan Kebun Bunga, Georgetown. Agileness Home is a nursing home for old folks which located in Georgetown Area, Penang. Our home provides a comfortable area for exercising and resting. Physiotherapy is also one of the services. This healthy centre aim is to provide quality health care and treatment of physiotherapy to stroke and disabled patients.
養生之家爲一家康複中心。旨在提供予行動不便的患者(如中風，車禍等等）各項照顧。

📢槟城居然有人均85岁的舞蹈课⁉️😱

谢谢槟城赞美操的姐妹亲自带领养生之家的老人家动起来💪🏻

平均85岁的老人家还能参与舞蹈课，本身就是一件很了不起的事情👍🏻 更难得的是，有人愿意花时间和心力去带动他们，让长者们保持活力，收获满满的快乐🎉✨

这种赞美操其实不只是运动，也是一种陪伴和关怀。还可以
✔️ 帮助老人维持身体机能
✔️ 预防孤独感和抑郁
✔️ 让生活多一点期待和笑容

也要给槟城岛赞美操团队一个大大的赞👏。她们的行动让社会变得更温柔 💗

It’s really amazing to see seniors with an average age of 85 still joining dance classes. Even more touching is that there are people who spend their time and effort to guide them, helping them stay active and happy. ✨

This “praise dance” is not just exercise, it is also care and companionship. It can:
✔️ Help seniors stay physically active
✔️ Reduce loneliness and depression
✔️ Bring more joy and smiles to their lives
