Lam Wah Ee Hospital is a 700 bedded tertiary acute care hospital located at Jalan Tan Sri Teh Ewe Lim, Penang, Malaysia. This not-for-profit private hospital is accredited by the Malaysian Society for Quality in Health. The Hospital started as a provider of traditional Chinese Medicine treatment in 1883 while the Western Medicine division commenced operations in 1983. OBJECTIVES : The Hospital sha

Various booths were set up to provide interactive education on safety matters for a memorable educational experience.

Many thanks to South Island Garment Sdn Bhd for the opportunity to engage with your staff during the wellness programme last Friday.

We hope the session on “Guarding Your Immune System” by Chief Dietitian Khoo An Jo, as well as the sharing on new services available at Hospital Lam Wah Ee by Business Development Executive Adrien Cheng, were both insightful and beneficial.

Our CNE talk on organ donation titled "Echoes Of Life: How One Story Ends So Another Can Begin" by Hospital Pulau Pinang Pegawai Perubatan UD14, Unit Perolehan Organ Hospital (UPOH) Dr Mohamed Shafik bin Shaik Mohd gave a comprehensive view of organ donation in Malaysia.

Meanwhile, an organ donation booth was set up in the inner lobby for enquiries and registration to become an organ donor.

We hope this event has given all visitors a clearer view and understanding of organ donation and its process.
