KUALA LUMPUR, 4 February 2022: The Ministry of Health (MOH) has reported 7,234 COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours, almost 30 percent more cases than the 5,720 reported yesterday (3 February). COVID-19 cases in Malaysia is currently its prime concern following the emergence of the Omicron variant rather than the number of daily infections.

The Ministry of health has informed people that this time's flu is serious. Prevention method is to keep your throat in moist, don't let your throat dry. Therefore don't let you thirst because once the membranes in your throat dry, the virus will attack your body in 10 minutes. Drink 50-80 cc of warm water, 30-50 cc for children, according to age. Every time you feel your throat is dry, don't wait, keep drinking water. Don't drink much at a time because it doesn't help, instead drink it often so your throat will be moist. Until the end of March, don't go to crowded places, use the mask as needed especially in train or public transportation. Avoid fried or spicy food and increase food that contains vitamin C.
Symptoms / captions are
1. High fever repeated
2. Cough long after fever
3. Kids are more easily exposed
4. Adults usually feel uncomfortable, headache and related to breathing
5: so happy contagious

Recently, the flu epidemic has continued to warm up. I hereby urge everyone to wash your hands, drink more water, avoid dry throat and intake enough vitamin C to resist the invasion of flu germs. Especially when there are elderly people, pregnant women and children at home must pay special attention to health.
