当你疯狂迷恋一个人，无法自拔，一次次放低自己，一次次挑战底线时，你要明白，这个人不是你的好缘分，而是你必须经历的情关，是来讨债的。

面对这种情况，只有四个字：顺其自然。放不下就留着，忘不掉就记着，等有一天留不住了，自然就会放下。

不要以为你离不开他。回顾你的人生，每个阶段都有过不去的坎，可最终都过去了。当时觉得天塌下来的事，如今回想，心中早已无波澜。

其实道理你早已懂，只是需要时间。在这段时间里，要学会尽量减少对自己的折磨，不必把自己困在痛苦中。

任何关系到最后，都只是相识一场。天下没有不散的宴席，世俗也没有定义过结果，人和人之间，本就是缘起则聚。

When you are madly infatuated with someone, unable to pull yourself away, lowering yourself again and again, and pushing your limits, you must understand that this person is not your good fate but a trial you need to go through, a karmic debt to repay.

In this situation, only four words matter: go with the flow. If you cannot let go, then hold on. If you cannot forget, then remember. One day, when you can no longer hold on, you will naturally let go.

Do not think you cannot live without them. Look back at your life. Every stage had obstacles you thought you could never get through, yet you did. What once felt like the end of the world, now brings no ripple in your heart.

The truth is, you already understand the reasoning. What you need is time. During this time, learn to reduce the suffering you bring upon yourself instead of trapping yourself in pain.

Thoughts of the Day

一段没有结果的感情，只会不断消耗你的情绪。继续联系和纠缠，对彼此都是折磨。很多时候，放手不是认输，而是放过自己。况且他都不怕失去你，你又怕什么呢？心软的时候，不妨想想自己受过的委屈、流过的眼泪、一次次被摔碎的心。你已经拼尽全力了，是他辜负了你。所以失去你，是他的损失，而不是你的遗憾。

你要明白，爱而不得，欲求不满，才是人生的常态。老子在《道德经》里说，反者道之动。很多事情反过来想，你会舒服很多。强求不来，我就不要了。想不明白，我就不想了。拿不起来，就放下。放不下，就拿起来。以放下的心态拿起来，以拿起来的心态放下。

一段没有结果的感情，放下反而走得更远。一件东西，离远了反而看得更清楚。这个世界就是这样，一旦你太想得到，就会被欲望控制，然后执念于结果，最后迷失自己。而失去自己，就注定失去一切，最终什么也得不到。

面对一段没有结果的感情，最好的状态就是享受过程，而不是在意结果。用心享受过程的人，结果往往也不会差。但行好事，默默前行，所有的果都是修来的，而不是求来的。内心安定，做好自己，其他的随它去。无所谓则无所谓。当你不再对别人有期待，不再把拥有别人的爱看得那么重要，你也就不会再害怕失去。只有不害怕失去，你才会真正地拥有。

A love without a future will only exhaust you. Holding on, staying tangled, only hurts you both. Letting go is not surrender. It is choosing to free yourself. If he is not afraid of losing you, why should you live in fear? When your heart weakens, remind yourself of the pain you endured, the tears you shed, the times your heart shattered into pieces. To hold with a heart ready to release, to release with a heart ready to hold, that is balance.

When you release a love with no future, you walk further than before. When you step back from something, you finally see it clearly. This world works like that. The more you want to possess, the more you become possessed by desire. You cling to results, and in that clinging, you lose yourself. And once you lose yourself, you lose everything. In the end, your hands are empty.

The wisest way to face a love without outcome is to cherish the journey, not the ending. Those who give themselves fully to the process rarely suffer in the end. Do good. Keep walking forward. The fruits of life come from cultivation, never from begging. Keep your heart steady. Be true to yourself. Let everything else fall into place.

When you stop placing your worth in someone else’s love, when you no longer live in fear of losing, you set yourself free. And in that freedom, you will see the truth: only when you no longer fear loss, do you truly hold everything.
