Kuih serabai +kuah Manis ..
Resepi serabai.
3 cawan t.beras cap b.teratai
1 cwan santan
1 sudu b.yis mauripan
1 cawan kanji (tepung beras kacau dgn sedikit air ..kacau atas API hingga kental biarkan sejuk .)
Secubit garam
1 sudu besaq t.gandum
Air ikut bancuhkan ..agak2 adunan mcm buat ketayap.

Bancuh kesemua bahan2 hingga adunan tidak gentel ..peram selama 3 jam ..sementara adunan Naik ..sediakan kuah Manis .
Adunan Naik boleh la bakar dlm acuan serabai ...
