问1：“医生，为什么我的双眼皮厚度不对称？是不是做坏了？”
Q1: “Doctor, why do my double eyelids look uneven in thickness? Did something go wrong?”
答1：双眼皮厚度在术后初期出现不对称是非常常见的，主要是由于每只眼睛的肿胀程度不同，再加上个人的眼部基础结构本身就可能不完全对称，会让双眼皮线条在初期看起来一边厚、一边薄。建议您先观察1到3个月，随着肿胀消退，线条会变得更自然、更对称。
A1: Uneven thickness in double eyelids during the early recovery stage is very common. This is usually due to different levels of swelling in each eye, and also because everyone’s eyes are naturally a bit asymmetrical in terms of muscle, skin, or fat distribution. We recommend waiting 1 to 3 months for the swelling to fully subside. The crease will often even out and look more natural over time. .
问2：“医生，为什么别人的消肿那么快，不像我的那么慢？”
Q2: “Why is my swelling taking longer to subside compared to others?”
答2：每个人的体质、皮肤厚度、代谢速度，甚至日常作息和护理习惯都不同，这些因素都会影响术后消肿的速度。
有些人天生代谢快、皮肤薄，恢复就会快一些；而有些人水肿体质、皮肤偏厚、或睡眠不足、用眼过度，恢复期可能就会长一些。这是正常的个体差异，不代表手术效果有问题。
A2: Everyone’s body is different — factors like skin thickness, metabolism rate, overall health, lifestyle, and post-op care can all affect how quickly swelling goes down.
Some people naturally have faster metabolism or thinner skin, so they appear to recover faster. Others may have a tendency to retain fluid, thicker eyelid tissue, or habits like poor sleep or heavy screen time, which can slow down recovery. This is a normal individual difference and doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with your surgery.
问3：“手术一出来，我就看到我的双眼皮线一大一小。”
Q3: “I noticed one eyelid crease looks higher or deeper than the other right after surgery.”
答3：这种情况在术后初期是比较常见的。由于手术刚完成，眼部会有不同程度的肿胀和淤血，左右眼的恢复速度也可能不同，这就容易造成“一大一小”的现象。
一般建议耐心观察1到3个月，随着肿胀逐渐消退，双眼皮的形状会变得更加对称自然。
A3: This is actually quite common in the early stages after surgery. Since the procedure was just completed, there is usually some swelling and bruising, and each eye may heal at a different pace. This can temporarily make one eyelid crease look larger or higher than the other.
It’s recommended to wait and observe for 1 to 3 months as the swelling goes down. The eyelids will usually become more symmetrical and natural-looking over time.
问4：“我的双眼皮手术后多久会好（痊愈）？”
Q4: How long does it take to recover after double eyelid surgery?
答4：双眼皮手术后的初步恢复期为 1到2周，这时大部分肿胀和淤青会明显减轻，但要达到完全自然、疤痕变淡甚至看不出痕迹，一般需要1到3个月，有些人可能会更久，比如3到6个月。具体恢复时间会因人而异，取决于个体体质、手术方式以及术后护理情况。
为了促进恢复，建议你术后遵循医生的建议，避免揉眼、按时复诊，并注意休息和饮食。
A4: Typically, the initial recovery period after double eyelid surgery is about 1 to 2 weeks, during which most of the swelling and bruising will noticeably decrease. However, for the eyelids to look completely natural and for the scars to fade, it usually takes 1 to 3 months. For some people, full recovery may take up to 3 to 6 months.
The exact recovery time varies from person to person, depending on factors such as individual healing ability, the type of surgery performed, and how well postoperative care is followed.
To help speed up recovery, it’s recommended to follow your doctor’s instructions closely, avoid rubbing your eyes, attend all follow-up appointments, and maintain good rest and nutrition.
