Kami sedang mencari individu yang berdedikasi dan bertanggungjawab untuk menyertai kami sebagai pembantu di Pusat Jagaan Sai Setia Kasih.

Kriteria:
- Seorang yang rajin dan mahir dalam tugas penjagaan.
- Penyayang, sabar, dan pandai mengawal emosi.
- Mampu bekerjasama dengan baik bersama staf lain.

Tugasan Utama:
- Memberi penjagaan harian kepada penghuni pusat iagaan.
- Membantu dalam pengurusan aktiviti harian seperti makan, mandi, dan penjagaan kebersihan diri.
- Memastikan penghuni mengambil ubat tepat pada masanya.
- Berinteraksi dengan penghuni secara mesra dan memberi sokongan emosi.
- Melaporkan sebarang perubahan dalam keadaan penghuni kepada pihak pengurusan atau staf perubatan.
- Membantu dalam aktiviti pemulihan dan program yang dianjurkan untuk penghuni.

Faedah:
- Gaji minimum RM1,500
- Perkeso & KWSP disediakan
- Berpengelaman digalakkan
- Latihan & tempat tinggal disediakan jika diperlukan.

It often results in improved mood and pro-social behavior.

Farming also fosters a sense of community, belonging, shared purpose, and reduced isolation.
