Child with bilateral have to lift his chin up to see people, which can pose as a future risk for neck problems.

Thankfully, the operation is a success. Just like the dad said: ‘ now he has a pair of eyes similar to me.”

imagine suffering an illness for 15 years!!!
This girl developed progressive bilateral since young. She has seen at least 3 and some . No diagnosis was found as all tests were negative. She really lost her confidence especially in finding and . She want to go back to her normal 12-13 years old.
Thankfully, operation was done successfully (don’t worry about the redness in her right eye: It is called and it is harmless).
Now time to start her new life !!!

Looking refreshed and !!

This beautiful capable lady was commented as looking tired despite she did not feel that way. In order to correct people wrong perception of her, she plucked up the courage of having with .

Viola. The transformation is !!! She still looks like herself . But a much brighter refreshed look!!! And she got the professional opportunity she aim for which is what she has been deserving so far!!!

Now she look the part!!

What to do when a super complex patients come from for your probably (10th ) opinion?
This patient who underwent an in USAunfortunately develop lower eyelid retraction , cornea exposure requiring a corneal graft and glaucoma surgery. He went to another oculoplastic surgeon who did orbital decompression and then unfortunately developed double vision . He has seen three squint surgeon previously.
Thankfully, the previous 10 years comprehensive eye training in UK helped Dr Ho to solve the puzzles as she was able to use different subspecialty knowledge. Patient went back to USA to solve his problems as he is covered by insurance there and he lives there.
Please kindly get a well qualified to do your . So happy for the patient !!! finally he have a life after 5 years of !!!

Poor in the study? May be because the child is not able to see the board
This girl was referred for poor in their study. Her cornea is full of and the lashes was infested wit and eyelashes was inflamed ( ). The girl was too to tell the parents that she is not able to see. Thankfully, after treatment , her study results has improved!!!
If the child is poor at his/her study, please check his/her eye to ensure there is no problems.

Kill two birds with one stone!! Korean beauty secret!!
This beautiful 9 year old girl was found to be regularly rubbing eye and have squint. She has (lashes rolling in touching eyes) and mild (eye deviating out).
After surgery, her eyes looks straight and beautiful. This epiblepharon correcting surgery actually use modified eyelid techniques so this girl have a pleasant side effect: a beautiful double eyelid.
Both parents and child are very happy!!!
Koreans’ secret: Many girls have double eyelid surgery done when they are young , may be as young as they are 5!!!

So happy to do cadeveric dissection, learn from all the master from this well organised orbit symposium in Singapore and making friends with surgeons all around the world.

It is all in the brow!!!
This 52 years old sales lady told me her customer feedback to her that she looks angry and disapproving and would like to appear more pleasant to her customers. She went to beautician who suggested infrabrow blepharoplasty which is a big no no for her as the distance between her brow and eyelid is very little.
After much persuasion , she took the courage to have brow lift and upper eyelid blepharoplasty. She look much more approachable and agreeable.
What a difference a correct surgery can make!!!
P/s: Please don’t go to beautician to have eyelid surgery, they only know one technique and apply the same technique for everyone!!!

Thyroid eye disease (TED): power of meditation and healthy lifestyle
This is one of Dr Ho’s proudest moment. The beautiful smiley lady beside her is a lady with TED but now has no signs of it. She was treated 5 years ago, follow Dr’s advice on healthy lifestyle, including meditation. Despite going through some up downs in life, she is now standing, looking TED free.
Remember , TED is an autoimmune disease, whilst it can never be 100% cured, it can be controlled with healthy lifestyle.

It is all in the brow!!!
This 52 years old sales lady told me her customer feedback to her that she looks angry and disapproving and would like to appear more pleasant to her customers. Orbit is a difficult subject in oculoplastics. Think / floor and wall repair/ tumor (yes, eye can get cancer).

Does young people have and ?

Yes. There is a group of people with poor mid cheek tend to have it. Having had done twice by two very good doctor with no success. Last resort: scarless ( transconjunctival )Eyebags surgery with fat grafting.

The results: she should become a beautiful Malaysian model!!! There is no photoshop/filter /flash. She looks radiant, fairer, and beautiful and most importantly, natural! (Please look at her smiling photo). The face is not overfilled.

There is no photoshop/ filter/ flash.

BTW, she is super smart and her SPM And STPM results are as good as Dr Ho. But sadly Dr ho has only half her beauty so have to become a surgeon.

是的。有些人小小年纪（十多岁）便有了。原因是中脸骨格不足。这些美丽38 岁女士不喜欢笑起来眼袋大大的．，尝试玻尿酸填充剂，不成功。只好进行无痕眼袋手术与脂肪填充。
