Saturday night, we immersed into the world of sound.
Every quarterly she came home and surprised us with new instrument. This time is the nutshell chimes, water element 🙂

Sound bathing with Kathy is back in Oct 25th! This time we will add on 30 minutes of Chakra Yoga by Abbie before we immerse into 70 minutes of sound bathing with Kathy.
