瑜伽体位法里的单脚站姿体式(One-Legged Standing Poses),比双脚站姿更具挑战性,因为它结合了力量、平衡和专注力。

练习时,如果分心,躯体马上就会摇晃。进行单脚站姿体式的时候,因为要取得平衡,自然的对于腿部前后左右内外的力量强弱和松紧的觉察力会提高,这也同时煅练着我们的“心”得回到当下,专注呼吸。练习得更深入的时候,习者的身躯逐渐从摇晃进展到稳定,也会在某个程度上帮助习者在处理事情的时候变得更稳重。

One-Legged Standing Poses in yoga are more challenging than two-legged standing poses because they combine strength, balance, and concentration.
During practice, if the mind becomes distracted, the body immediately begins to wobble. When performing one-legged standing poses, the need to maintain balance naturally heightens our awareness of the strength, engagement, and stability in all directions of the standing leg—front and back, inner and outer. At the same time, it trains the “mind” to return to the present moment and focus on the breath.
As the practice deepens, the practitioner’s body gradually progresses from wobbling to steadiness. To some extent, this physical stability can also help cultivate greater composure and steadiness when handling matters in daily life.
