花开花落，岁月变迁，不经意间，2026年已经是瑜伽馆的第16个年头了。感恩那些过去熟悉的大家，老师们和同学们，感恩现在仍在此地共修的你我他。忏悔感恩惜福。我们终究会在修行的终点再见面的。保重。

Flowers bloom and fade, years pass, and before we know it, 2026 will mark the 16th year of our yoga studio. We are grateful to all the familiar faces from the past—our teachers and classmates—and to everyone still practicing here today. Repentance, gratitude, and cherishing of blessings. We will meet again at the end of our journey. Take care.
