Casualty simulation plays an important role in the First Aid and Home Nursing Competition. Similar to previous years, we did makeup on the members to simulate wounds and prepared props according to the scenarios.

We are grateful to the team who worked behind the scenes and truly appreciate the officers for helping us out. We are also glad to see the members’ efforts in playing the role of casualties. A big shout-out to the makeup artists, coordinators, members, and every one of you who worked hard in this department to make this happen.

We had 10 teams from the central area joining the Perak State First Aid & Home Nursing Competition. Over two days, they took part in footdrill, first aid, home nursing, and theory test.

We are proud that our teams did a great job. We got overall champion for the Ambulance Senior Team, Nursing Senior Team, and Nursing Junior Team too. No matter the results, we’re proud of everyone who took part. Good work and congratulations!

28 February 2026 | Chinese New Year Parade 中華總商會新春大遊行

On Saturday, the Perak Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCCI) organized a Chinese New Year Parade in Ipoh. The parade passed through several main streets in the city and attracted crowds.

A total of 17 officers and members were deployed to be on standby throughout the event to ensure safety and provide support. The parade concluded smoothly and successfully.

22 February 2026 | CPR & AED Awareness

We conducted our first CPR and AED Awareness Session of the year with 50 participants at St. Michael Church, Ipoh today. The church newly installed an AED in January, and it was a great opportunity to conduct a session with the church members.

Participants had a hands-on session after the theory session, and the practical session helped with their understanding of CPR and the proper use of the AED.

6th February 2026 | Pre-Hospital Care Course

Members participated in a pre-hospital care course aimed at preparing them for the upcoming Highway Duty during the Chinese New Year festive season. The course covered a comprehensive range of topics to ensure that members are well prepared, confident, and capable of responding effectively to any emergency situations that may occur during duty.

27 December 2025 – 30 December 2025 | 40th SINMAL Combined Camp

Before the year ends, we had 30 participants from the Perak Central Area joining the 40th SINMAL Combined Camp in Machap Baru, Melaka.

The Camp attracted more than 100 participants from Perak, Melaka, Johor, Singapore, and Cambodia. During the camp, participants had the opportunity to communicate, exchange opinions, and learn about different cultures with people from various states and countries.

We are grateful for all the well-planned activities, and our participants truly enjoyed themselves. See you next time!
