(FEMALE) General Clerk Cum Sales Assistance – FULL TIME
SALARY: RM1,500.00
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a General clerk cm Sales Assistance in our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our SQL systems. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Biller- Daily key-in of Invoice (IV), Cash Sales Bill (CSB), Consignment Note (CN), and Delivery Order (DO) into the SQL system. Record sales as appropriate.
• Assisting with data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Handle customers’ inquiries and complaints regarding the invoices
• To maintain and upkeep proper documentation and filing system.
• Prepared goods to be collected by the driver
• Monitor inventory record and stock level
• Maintain and tidy stock in the store.
• Verifying and reconciling financial transactions and accounts on a regular basis.
• Handling accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient financial workflows.
• Collect cheques from the driver, check them, and bank into the bank.
• Assisting in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• To assist in any ad hoc reporting and job assigned as and when required.
CANDIDATE CRITERIA
• High school/ Diploma / or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.). Training will be provided for SQL Systems.
• Responsible, patient, meticulous, attentive, and cooperative.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
WORKING HOURS
• Monday – Friday (9.00 am – 5.30 pm)
• Saturday (9.00 am-1.00 pm)
• Off on Public holiday
