Bath patient at bathroom if able to walk.

Bed bath for bedridden patient.

Serve breakfast / lunch and dinner according to shift.

Serve medications.

Tube feeding for patients on ryles tube / PEG feeding.

Change Diapers.

2 hourly turning for bedridden patient.
To prevent bedsores.

Wound care / Dressing

Physio / exercise / mild massage.

Check vital signs :-
Blood pressure
Temperature
Pulse
Respiration
SpO2

Can bring along nurse for hospital appointments.

Documentations on daily nursing care.
