Kenapa kita kena rajin scrub especially kulit wajah. Kulit muka lebih terdedah dengan habuk/debu/asap time kita masak, lagi2 jika keluar rumah tak pakai sunblock. Dah tak pakai sunblock, bila dah balik rumah tak guna sebarang pencuci muka so imagine dalam setahun kulit muka kita tak berjaga...

At least seminggu dua kali mesti scrub atau pun seminggu sekali kalau tak sempat..but something lah kan dari takda langsung..

Kalau boleh invest sikit duit yang ada utk beli facial scrub. Nowadays any drugstore ada jual. Terpulang pada anda jenama mana yg nak beli/guna.
