Sepanjang program ini, semua peserta telah didedahkan kepada asas teori serta latihan praktikal berkaitan Basic First Aid, CPR dan AED.

Peserta bukan sahaja memahami konsep asas pertolongan cemas, malah turut berpeluang mempraktikkan kemahiran yang dipelajari bagi memastikan ia dapat dilaksanakan dengan berkesan di tempat kerja masing-masing.
