We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Shop Assistant. **Responsibilities:**
- Assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and offer excellent customer service.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring shelves are stocked and products are displayed attractively.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and labeling merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
- Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming shopping environment.
**Qualifications:**
- Proficient in using computers, including basic software applications and point-of-sale systems.
- Fluent in English and Malay, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Demonstrated experience in a retail or customer service role for 1-2 years is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and work well within a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
