Your body holds stories your mind cannot always explain.
Ecstatic Dance is an invitation to move beyond structure —
to release, express, and reconnect with yourself through the language of the body.

No choreography. No judgement. No right or wrong.
Just you, the music, and whatever wants to move through you.

This is a safe, guided space where we begin with grounding, move into activation, and allow the body to flow freely — before gently landing back into stillness.

​Ecstatic dance is a gentle movement between our body and the rhythmic beats. By honoring and giving ourselves permission to move however we express by following our own internal rhythm. As we move, the physical tension and emotional weight soften. By honoring our emotions through movement, we create space for lightness, eventually finding our way back to a place of calm where we feel more grounded and more like yourselves again.

Heaven on Earth Circle is an intentional weekly space where we consciously elevate how we live — physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Each month, we move through these four layers
using contemplation (journaling or meditation), expression (sharing), and realisation (aha moments + aligned action).

This is for anyone who feels the call to pivot, to grow consciously, and to create their own Heaven on Earth — from within.
