“口罩脸”怎么救？
为了避免和减轻口罩脸的症状，建议您做好皮肤清洁和护理.
1） 使用温和的洗脸霜洗脸
使用温和且无香精添加的洁面乳洗脸
2） 注意口罩的清洁
如果您使用的是布口罩，请确保每天用温水清洗并完全晾干。 如果您戴的是一次性口罩，请尽可能频繁地更换。
3） 避免用手触摸脸部
触摸脸部，油脂将会从您的手转移到脸部，这会导致阻塞毛孔并产生粉刺。 长期的触摸将会使其恶化。
4） 勤做脸部清洁
早上起身后和睡觉前，都要洗脸。这是清洁皮肤的好习惯。
5） 使用滋润霜

HOW TO AVOID “MASKNE”?
To avoid and alleviate the “maskne”, you may need to clean and take care of your skin daily.
1） Using a gentle cleanser to wash face
Use a gentle and fragrance-free cleanser when washing your face.
2） Take care of your mask
If you are using a cloth mask, make sure to wash it daily in warm water and dry it completely. If you are wearing a disposable mask, replace it as often as possible.
3) Avoid the urge to touch or pick at your maskne
Touching your face, the oil will transfer from your hands to your face, which can block
pores and create acne, and picking at your acne will make it worse.
4) Wash your face Regularly
Washing your face twice a day( morning and night time). This is one of the healthy habits to get clear skin.
5) Apply moisturizer
Apply a lightweight, non-clogging moisturizer after washing your face, to prevent dryness and repair the skin’s natural protective barrier.
6) Skip the makeup
Beneath a mask, makeup is more likely to clog your pores and lead to breakouts
